This is about the family law court system, in particular, the ex-parte motion. In a divorce situation, the courts allow an "emergency" hearing to a single party without the other party having any knowledge of that particular court date. Party causing the motion is able to slander the non defending party without evidence. At times it could take 2 years before the innocent party gets their day in court. If children are involved, imagine the damage to everyone. Nobody wins with a "Two Headed Coin".
